Playing with Friends

Posted on February 4, 2007November 27, 2009 by BritMumInNZ

Charli ‘says’: I love to play with friends and now ask Mummy to organise play-dates for me. When my friends are busy then I love to go down to the playground or beach and play with whoever is there. I’m getting so good at sharing now and today I even let a little boy have a go on my trike. It’s been a great day of sunshine and I loved playing with Daddy at the beach (I managed to eat three ice-creams in one day!). Here I am splashing in the waves at Lyall Bay Beach:

It was wonderful in the water today and Mummy enjoyed swimming too. Sophie and I had great fun covering Mummy in wet sand! There are always lots of children to play with at the beach and I love creating sand-sculptures with them.

I have also been busy helping Mummy in the garden and our herb garden is looking beautiful. Here’s a photograph of Sophie and I at the garden centre, helping Mummy to choose the herbs (!) and a photograph of me ‘chilling out’ after all the planting.
