It’s been a great build up to Christmas here in Wellington, and this Christmas Eve we’ve had a lovely day with something for everyone in the family (even a couple of hours one-on-one time specially for hubbie and I!).
This morning, whilst Mama stayed home to put away copious piles of laundry, hubbie went to see ‘The Hobbit’ with his two oldest daughters (young Alice took a nap after waking at 4.30am!).
This ‘avo there was gingerbread house decorating and ‘time out’ for a few drinks in the summer sun.
Finished with a fun evening of face-painting and laughter till well after the sun went down with our lovely neighbour and her parents.
Merry Christmas to all our wonderful friends and family. We are hoping our three little girls take a lie in after their late night… they just got to sleep before midnight!
