Things I’m Loving

Loving the sunshine after the rain (even though we should, strictly speaking, be praying for a lot more rain).

Wellington and the Botanical Garden

Loving a visit to Wellington’s Botanical Garden and chit chatting to all the friendly folks passing by – visitors and locals alike. Also love Sophie’s ‘style’ and Alice’s scrunch and squeeze of happiness at having a fluffy and ice-cream!

Visit to Wellington Botanical Garden

Loving that Sophie has found a hobby to love (which couldn’t be any more appropriate for her) – Circus School!

After and at Circus school in Wellington

Loving the LOVE here…

Giggles and cuddles, sisterly love

Loving getting into running at least three times a week and finishing up with a stretch down, at dusk, with such beautiful scenery.

Houghton Bay at dusk

Loving a walk in the sunshine this beautiful Friday…

Walking in the sunshine on Friday

And LOVING that NZ Marmite is BACK on the shelves! Mousetraps (marmite on toast, with grated cheese on top – melted under the grill) are all the rage in our home again!

Hope you’ve found something to love this week x

  1. 2 of my kids did circus class last year, and had a blast. I love it when they climb the tissu! I thought that was amazing!

  2. Such a cute ‘scrunch’ of happiness and love that Sophie is putting her physical skills and confidence to good use – she is natural acrobat that one! It is lovely to see the sun again but like you I am a bit concerned about the water levels if no more is forthcoming soon! At home with a poorly boy this morning just a temp and sore head/tum – a day of DVDs so I can get some work done, no harm in that from time to time 🙂

  3. This is all so lovely! Love the shots of your girls loving on each other – precious. Have a great weekend x

  4. One lucky girl there…a fluffy and an ice cream. It is SNOWING hard here today and still snowing…about 2 to3 inches of it so far but very beautiful.
All sounds and reads good there….enjoy circus school Sophie and look forward to hearing more.
