On location at Lyall Bay… Sophie Jade’s yoga workout (not for the faint hearted!). Thankfully, the superb Maranui Surf Cafe was close at hand. With every deep inhalation I was greeted to the delightful aroma of freshly ground coffee filtering from the windows, mmmmm, ommmmmm….
She’s still at it in the cafe… can’t sit still for a moment…

What lovely pictures to wake up to!!….I almost got down and did some Pilates which is very similar….just wonderful and you look so well too love. Off to make a coffee now!!

All that young energy and exuberance, what a joy to see. Sprinkled with sunshine and scented with coffee – couldn’t be better. My cup of instant and the misty grey sky seem quite boring now. Oh well, off I go to search for 30 year old A level records.
