Meeting My Girls For Lunch

Posted on August 16, 2006December 7, 2009 by Dan

What a hard life it is sometimes. One of the perks of Wellington, being that it is such a small city, is that quite often I can meet “my girls” for lunch.

Sarah came and picked me up today shortly after midday, with little Bubs asleep in the back of car, and Charlotte turbo-talking about her adventures at the mornings playgroup. I ate my lunch on the way to the beach, and then once arrived we all got ice-creams.

Sophie must have sensed the ice-cream as she soon woke up and was munching away on it. She loves her ice-cream.

But as you can see, having lunch in such a great setting with such great company, makes for a nice break from the workplace. We often meet up about 2-3 times per week.

Life’s enjoyable.
