Autumn brings acorns and –
Cooler air,
Orange leaves –
Rustling, in the Wellington winds, and –
Nuts for would-be squirrels, like my
Sophie, collecting them with glee as treasure found.

Daniel likes collecting them too – and then leaving them for me to find in my bed!! LOL
Ah we’re just trying to tempt Spring out of hibernation over here!Â
Look at all those acorns!!….I used to collect them with the children in school and we would take them back to the classroom and put them into groups of 2 or 3 or 5…whatever to help with our tables.It seemed to be more fun for the children and fun collecting them.Enjoy!!
