  1. Brilliant show! Girls were great. Sophie in that elf costume looks rather like one of those plastic squeeze tomato sauce bottles! And I still reckon there’s plenty of room for a pony on that lawn.

  2. Thank you for sharing your family show. It will be a few years (at least ) before we’re blessed with youngsters around the house to enjoy the festive season with. I loved Sophie as a breakdancing elf and Charlotte looked very elegant too. Must take after you. Have a wonderful Christmas.

  3. I absolutely LOVED your first video
the scarecrow song has been one of my favourites for years and years
and loved how you got in on the dancing singing clapping and playing music
even Alice and Dan πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚
your part at the end of you dancing Sarah was beautiful brought tears to my eyes
did you learn ballet as a child?
    very entertaining

loved your wise monkeys sending out love
and your photos are nice too

  4. Awww, thanks Jen. Yes, I LOVE dancing and did ballet and modern jazz from the age of 4 till my teens. Charlotte wanted to dance to that music and had given me a quick five minute run through as to what I had to do – so I kept looking over at her and just ‘going with the music’! Felt good to dance again. I love the way children reignite passions of our youth and start initiate new ones too.

The wise monkeys was so special. I had tears in my eyes as they each, unprompted, were saying their own prayers or gestures of love – just had to capture it. Some of the things they said – oh, so precious x

    Merry Christmas Jen xx

  5. Dear Nicole,
I must visit your blog soon as I know you’ll be celebrating in a very special way with your children. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas too.
    Namaste, Sarah

  6. Thank you Ruta and wishing you a very wonderful Christmas with your family too. Must be so magical with all the snow! Keep warm and enjoy some lovely Christmas food (and hope they chip in with the preparations and cleaning up afterwards xx). Best wishes, Sarah

  7. I know – Sophie had me in stitches! Soooo funny! And as for a pony – ha! I’ve only just taught her to brush the cat and feed the fish… little steps πŸ™‚
Hope you had a very happy Christmas, Sarah
