The theme for ‘The Gallery’ is shoes and prompted me to dig out this very special pair. These were the first shoes each of my three girls wore. They’ve lasted well! They’ve travelled to Queenstown, Taupo and Auckland, from our home in Wellington, New Zealand. They’ve never actually ‘walked’, but crawled, bum-shuffled and scooted around the floor (it’s a marvel they are still together!). Charlotte and Sophie wore them from about 4 months of age for a few months, but my youngest managed to fit into them at 2 months of age!
Here’s a collage of them all wearing them over the years…

love these shoes, my son had a pair in red with a car on them and I gave them away – this post has made me wish I’d kept them.Â
Gorgeous! What a beautiful and special keepsake 🙂
I adore those shoes. All of mine had similar ones and they really did stay on no matter how much crawling, tugging or shuffling went on. Great collage x
Those are just the cutest shoes ever Sarah and how wonderful that they’ve travelled on different feet to so many different places over the years. Â Something to treasure forever – beautiful!
