The man in the water I hardly noticed- what I love is Wild At Heart sign…..wow what a pic & poem also ‘only’……
Yes, it was the ‘Wild at Heart’ sign on Wellington Airport that struck me too – a perfect example!
Totally agree – that’s what I always think when I watch them – and the surfers… and the kite surfers! I used to wind-surf – in my late teens and early twenties – but never in such wild conditions. I can only imagine the awesome adrenaline rush… I’d be literally shaking and buzzing for days with no need for coffee! Ha! 🙂
Nope, but I LOVE to watch! And imagine how that must feel!
Ha! It was one of the craziest days I’ve seen all year!
I got an adrenaline buzz just watching! Definitely hats and booties weather for those brave enough to hit the surf with the Antarctic waters whipping up to NZ with the southerly winter storms!
Absolutely! Choppy is definitely the right word for it 🙂
